Build-your-own mini naan tacos with tikka chicken, crunchy slaw and mango chutney. The perfect sharing platter for a crowd.

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS

1 pouch Holy Cow! Delhi Tikka Masala,

3 chicken breasts, diced,

8-10 mini naans,

1/4 red cabbage, finely shredded,

1 carrot, grated,

3 tbsp natural yoghurt (for slaw),

1 tbsp lime juice,

Mango chutney to serve,

Natural yoghurt to drizzle,

Fresh coriander to garnish

1 tsp olive oil

method

1. Make the slaw: Combine the shredded red cabbage, grated carrot, yoghurt and lime juice. Season and set aside.

2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the diced chicken for 3-4 minutes until sealed.

3. Add the sauce: Pour in the Holy Cow! Delhi Tikka Masala and simmer for 6-7 minutes until cooked through.

4. Warm the naans: Warm the mini naans in a dry pan or oven for 2-3 minutes.

5. Build and serve: Lay out all the components on the table and let everyone build their own. Tikka chicken, slaw, yoghurt, chutney, coriander.

Tip: Swap chicken for paneer to make this fully vegan. Prepare all components ahead - perfect for parties.
