1 tbsp olive oil
160g frozen mixed vegetables
250g Holy Cow! Mughlai Korma curry sauce (1 pack)
250g microwavable basmati rice
1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan.
2. Add mixed vegetables to a pan and sauté for 6-8minutes, until it’s cooked through.
3. Add the Holy Cow! Mughlai Korma curry sauce to the vegetables and heat through.
4. Meanwhile, microwave the rice.
5. Serve with rice or naan.
